Centralization Desk Reservations and AgentMate Requirements

 

Reservations made through the CA or US Centralization Desk require you to select the checkbox in AgentMate on the Res Pricing screen (or during the booking process) to indicate that the booking was made through the Centralization Desk.

 

This includes, reservations made via either the CA or US Centralization Desk, Cruise the International Air Desk (Tzell Air), as well as the hotel programs. You'll want to make sure the checkbox is selected for those line items within each reservation.

 

Please remember, all reservations booked via the Centralization Desk must be entered into AgentMate with the correct reservation numbers attached.  To ensure payments are made in a timely manner please ensure that all information is correct and accurate relating to the reservation.  This includes:  reservation #, fare amounts correctly noted on the reservation pricing screen as well as all payments made to the vendor are noted and the commission amount matches the amount the vendor has paid us and finally that no other monies are outstanding on the reservation are owed.  It is the responsibility of the Agency to ensure that a reservation is fiscally sound.  the Cruise Holidays Support Team or other department staff will not adjust reservations.
